ADSL2+

  1. A SipSolutions Service Schedule contains the Service Order details for the ADSL2+ service
  2. Contract term is that shown in the Service Schedule
  3. The Approver has the authority to act on behalf of the customer and request the Services
  4. Published prices exclude installation/connection charges
  5. All equipment provided by SipSolutions remains the property of SipSolutions
  6. Connection fee is payable in advance
  7. This service requires an existing phone line to connect to
  8. Speed is dependant upon distance from local exchange
  9. Early Termination fees apply

EFM Services

  1. A SipSolutions Service Schedule contains the Service Order details for the EFM circuit
  2. Contract term is that shown in the Service Schedule
  3. The Approver has the authority to act on behalf of the customer and request the Services
  4. Published prices exclude installation/connection charges
  5. Published prices exclude supply of all Customer Premise Equipment
  6. All equipment provided by SipSolutions remains the property of SipSolutions
  7. Connection fee is payable in advance
  8. This service requires an existing phone line to connect to
  9. Speed is dependant upon distance from local exchange
  10. Early Termination fee apply

Early Termination Fees

You can end your contract early, however an early termination fee will apply. This early termination fee is pro-rated for the months remaining on your minimum term.
